01 / OUR COMPANY
More than a route.
A team behind you.
At GHD Logistics, delivery is a people business.
Our drivers serve their communities as part of an independent FedEx Ground service provider. Across our three facilities, we bring the same focus to the work: prepare well, drive safely, and take care of the delivery.
We support our team with training, practical field resources, and communication with local management. Because the person behind the wheel matters just as much as the package at the door.
Meet your next opportunityHOW WE APPROACH THE WORK
Every stop matters.
The habits that guide our team, from the first vehicle check to the last delivery.
01
Safety comes first.
Vehicle readiness, attention on the road, and careful decisions in the field are part of the job every day.
02
Keep learning.
Training and quick reference guides help drivers build confidence with scanners, delivery procedures, and daily routines.
03
Show up for the team.
Reliable attendance, clear communication, and looking out for one another help keep the operation moving.
02 / OUR COMMITMENT TO SAFETY
Safety at every stop.
Every GHD driver works by S.A.F.E., four habits that guide how we prepare, drive, and deliver. Because getting everyone home safely is part of the job.
Align your vehicle and mindset
Seat, mirrors, load, and route are set before the wheels turn. We park with intention and start every route prepared.
Focus on the mission
No distractions and no rushing. Every stop is a chance to do the job right.
Execute with precision
Smooth movements and controlled decisions. Calm, steady, and in control from the first stop to the last.
Sense. Align. Focus. Execute. That is how we move forward, together.
